1. Who we are

downsixt.shop is operated by DOWNTOWN SIXTYSIX LTD, registered office 82 Shaftesbury Avenue, CT19 4LT, United Kingdom. Contact support@downsixt.shop.

2. What we sell

We sell ceramic and bamboo homeware — coasters, trivets, trays, caddies, racks and counter storage — for general household use. We do not sell coffee, tea, alcohol, food, beverages, supplements or any consumable, and we make no nutritional, health or medical claims. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any amount taken.
• Taxes and any import duties may apply depending on your delivery country and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Handmade variation

Our ceramics are handmade or half-handmade. Glaze colour, speckle, pattern and exact size vary between pieces, and product photographs are representative rather than an exact-match guarantee. Our shipping standard is a sound, healthy piece — not identical uniformity.

5. General homeware use

Trivets, coasters, trays and jars are intended for general home use. They are not certified food-contact surfaces and carry no guaranteed temperature rating; do not place items directly from an oven or flame onto ceramic without your own judgement. Keep pieces out of reach of young children where breakage could cause harm.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number. By paying, you agree to the provider's terms in addition to these.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, breakage claims and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Membership

Counter Club is an optional service membership billed in USD. It provides member pricing and service benefits for the current term, carries no credits or stored value, and can be cancelled at any time with the current term remaining active until it ends.

9. Acceptable use and accounts

You agree not to misuse the site, and to provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 to use the store; 13–17 year-olds require a parent or guardian's consent.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order. Last updated 14 July 2026.
