Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when your ceramics reach you. All shipping charges are shown in USD at checkout.
1. Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Larger bundles and busy periods may add a day or two; we email you if anything will take longer.
2. Carriers and tracking
We ship with established parcel carriers appropriate to your destination. A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves the studio.
3. Delivery estimates
- Domestic (United Kingdom): typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: typically 4–9 business days after dispatch.
- United States, Canada, Australia and rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs timelines can vary.
4. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any expedited option, where offered, is priced in USD and shown before you pay.
5. Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are separate from the price you pay us. Counter Club members receive the same duty terms as other customers.
6. Packaging
Ceramics ship double-boxed with recyclable protective material to survive transit. If a piece still arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refund Policy for the 48-hour photo claim process.
7. Addresses and failed delivery
Please enter an accurate delivery address at checkout; we cannot reroute once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (which may incur a further shipping charge) or a refund of the item price.
