This policy covers content you submit to us (such as reviews and photos) and the content we publish ourselves.
1. Content you submit
If you send us a review, a photo of your drink corner, or other feedback, you keep ownership of it. You grant DOWNTOWN SIXTYSIX LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content to operate and promote the store.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only submit content you own or have permission to share.
- Do not include third-party brands, logos, people who have not consented, or anything unlawful.
- Do not submit content that is misleading, defamatory or infringing.
3. Retention and removal
Submitted photos are retained for up to 30 days in working storage unless we publish them with your agreement, after which they are kept as part of that published content. You can ask us to remove content you submitted at any time by emailing support@downsixt.shop.
4. Our content
All product photography, illustrations, names and copy on this site are owned by or licensed to DOWNTOWN SIXTYSIX LTD and may not be reused without permission.
